全自动燃气搅拌炒锅（PLC控制）的特点：

本机主体使用SUS304不锈钢制作。

投料：在锅体侧面设有投料口，避免了在投料时锅内液料迸溅，更安全方便。

搅拌：变频调速，刮板*，采用公转加自转的方式，混料更均匀，刮锅更*，可有效控制某些物料糊锅的问题。

出料：采用锅体侧翻式，翻转角度可达近90°，出料方便。

控制方式：全自动燃气搅拌炒锅（PLC控制）采用PLC程序电控技术，搅拌速度、时间、炒制温度、锅体翻动、刮板升降均可按设定工序自动操作，触摸屏显示工作界面。

安全环保措施：设有烟道集中向室外排烟、环保卫生；炉体部附有保温层，即减少能源损失又避免人员烫伤，安全节能；设有火焰监控视频，可以很好的监测火焰的大小。

自动点火，风机助燃，升温快，温度高，火焰大小可自动调整。

可用能源：煤气、天然气、液化气。
